为响应学校“新财经战略”，落实高水平学科竞赛对新培养体系的支撑作用，培养知中国、爱中国、讲中国的时代新人，助力国际传播能力培养，选拔优秀外语人才，浙江财经大学外国语学院现启动2024“外研社·国才杯”“理解当代中国”全国大学生外语能力大赛演讲赛道的校级比赛（研究生/留学生组）。
一、参赛对象
全日制在校硕士研究生与留学生。
二、比赛内容
校赛采取大赛组委会组织的全国统一赛题：
Make a speech on the following topic:“The Chinese dragon is good and it means good, good to all”Please give your own speech title.

（1）参赛方式：
步骤1：参赛选手必须在“外研社·国才杯”“理解当代中国”全国外语能力大赛官网点击“选手报名/参赛”进行注册（https://ucc.fltrp.com/），完成注册后选择“演讲赛项”。选手使用手机号作为注册账号，请务必牢记账号和密码，以免影响登录参赛。
步骤2：选手根据赛题，录制3分钟以内的定题演讲视频，要求脱稿，视频须横屏，画面和声音清晰。
步骤3：扫描下方二维码，加入比赛钉钉群，把录制好的参赛视频上传到钉钉群指定通道。
注：报名和上传的截至日期均为8月31日，请选手们不要错过时间。
特别说明：本科生的校园选拔赛已经于2024年4月结束。

The School of Foreign Languages at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics is now launching the school round competition for the 2024 "FLTRP·Guocai Cup" National College Student Foreign Language Competence Contest (Graduate/International Students Only).

Full-time enrolled graduate students and international students.

Participation method:
Step I: Register on the official website of the "FLTRP·Guocai Cup" National Foreign Language Competence Contest by clicking on "Contestant Registration/Participation(选手报名/参赛)" (https://ucc.fltrp.com/). Then choose the option of "Speech Contest（演讲赛道）" . Participants should use their mobile phone number as the registration account and remember their account and password to ensure logging in and participating in the contest.
Step II: Record a 3-minute speech video(horizontal with clear voice)based on the topic given.
Step III:Scan the following QR code to join the Dingding group and submit the video via the given link in the group.
