浙财大[2015]224号文件《关于全面提高研究生教育质量的若干意见》有如下规定：各学院要精选本专业领域的基本文献（含经典文献与学术前沿文献），引导研究生广泛阅读，把研究生阅读基本文献纳入研究生中期考核范围。

外国语学院为落实上述文件要求，营造本院研究生的学习与科研氛围，定期举办“学涯外语读书会”。本场活动通知如下：
